In 2026, the total rent is €3638.09 per month. There is no rent deposit. Rent is collected by Michiel on the house account IBAN BE67 9734 4475 0387. The total monthly rent is automatically paid to the owners' bank account IBAN BE42 1431 1628 8654, two days before the start of the month.

Rooms differ, so rent differs.
